Who We Are

Big town attractions. Small town feel

Small Town Feel. Big Town Amenities.

The New Haven community is known for its small-town atmosphere. Founded in 1856 and with a population of 2,000, New Haven is small enough to be a place where people still wave to each other on the street, yet big enough to provide a wide range of services and opportunities.

City Government

The City of New Haven is organized under a City Administrator type of government and is run by the city's five elected officials, the Mayor and four aldermen. They work with the Public works, Planning & Zoning, Parks & Recreation as well as the Municipal Court.
